Why am I doing what I do?
Challenge the current stress paradigm and regain the power of our minds. There is clearly something off in today's world. I think, fundamentally, there is a missing understanding of how the mind works. After I learned more about it, my life changed drastically.
How do I want to impact people?
Creating experiences that change the mental state and therefore the perception of the world.
What ways do I use for that impact?
Creating high quality meditations, hypnosis, and coaching experiences that guide you into a state of relaxation, mental clarity and ready for insights.

Who am I?
I’m fascinated by the human mind. Learning from everything I do because life is the best teacher.
Early on, I got excited about how I see the reality. Hence, I studied psychology.
However, that was more statistics than experiential and applied wisdom.
So I went to study meditation in Nepal. 10 days in silence, 10 hours of seated meditation from 4:30am.
My reality shifted like never before. I’ve seen things I can’t unsee. Same as when have seen and understood a magic trick or an optical illusion, you can’t go back.
That’s what happened to me. I didn’t want to leave this place of peace and serenity of my mind. My mind was a still like a calm lake. No movement.
I was onto something.
A lot more experiences like this followed.
Since then, I’m dissecting what makes a transformation in a human and how can we be friends with our minds.
My contribution to that is through hypnosis, meditation and transformative coaching experiences.
