Getting real with yourself and being honest is the first step for any transformation.

I couldn't believe how powerful this is before I had to experience it myself.


Nepal 2019. I was sitting 10 hours in meditation for 10 straight days. There was no escaping.

Just me with myself. Nobody to impress. No facade. Just me and my thoughts.

That completely transformed me. I was not the same person after 100 hours of meditation, no talking, no interaction. No phone.

That felt like a huge liberation from my daily struggles and difficulties.


Questions like this came to my mind instead:

Not the superficial Instagram tips.

Love yourself.

You are good the way you are.

Be more disciplined!

Even though they are true, it's hard to grasp them without experiencing it. Sometimes there needs to be a radical shift.
