Testimonials

“What has been your biggest success since you started the coaching?

Apart from literally everything, my biggest success is my own perception of myself. I changed my beliefs into a positive mindset that enables me to achieve my set goals, to create a vision, to tackle any challenge with a smile and excitement. I don't feel little anymore, or stupid or not capable. I now know that I have all the qualities I need in order to fulfil my life. I am now and finally the director of my own life, I created a vision and I feel encouraged to pursue it. And all with great and professional support of Julian, who managed to unwind all the mess in my head and in my heart. Julian has shown me the long-lost pocket where I kept the key to all my potential. And he encouraged me to grab and use it. I know the journey is not over, and I can't wait to unlock deeper towards myself.”

I contacted Julian because I had the feeling not to live the way I am. I sought help in finding out who I am and how to direct my life that way by forming habits and reflecting on where I am and where I want to get to. The calm and direct approach of Julian helped me a lot. I really needed someone who would be able to make me feel safe but could also confront me whenever I was fooling myself throughout the process.

What was your biggest struggle before you joined?

Before joining Julian, my biggest struggle was my inability to centralize my purpose and my tendency to tie my happiness to others' reactions. I subconsciously set expectations on other people around me, then felt disappointed when they weren’t met.

How did that struggle make you feel?

Shifting my happiness onto others left me feeling like I continuously had no control over my own emotions. Feeling disappointed with myself, with my partner and my family started becoming a daily thing.

What was the reason you almost didn't join?

I had been contemplating therapy for a long time but kept putting it off. I struggled with severe biases around the word “therapy” and felt somewhat scared to open up to another human being, especially about thoughts that seemed too egoistic. The idea of being vulnerable to someone else was unsettling and made it harder to take that first leap.

What has been your biggest success since you joined?

The biggest take throughout my journey was learning that serving others should remain the core purpose of everyday life. I started slowly embracing a mindset of never expecting anything from people, living fully at the moment, serving through my actions and interactions, and ultimately finding gratitude in the outcomes of this mentality.

How do other people recognize your change?

My personal relationships, especially with my partner and close friends, have been enriched in incredible ways. I’ve become more aware of their needs and situations - making a conscious effort to prioritize meaningful interactions that deepen our connections. I’m grateful for the smiles I see when I interact with them, and truly appreciate the growing trust others place in me.

What would you say to somebody on the fence about working with me?

Take the leap. Julian has an incredible skill at leveling and creating a safe space where you could truly start understanding yourself more deeply and fully acknowledge the feelings you're going through. Be open to being vulnerable and allow your thoughts to be guided by someone who seeks to help you take control of your own emotions and discover the mindset you need to grow.
